About ACA

Principal / Designated Broker

Arizona Commercial Advisors LLC was established in January 2009 by Patti Gentry, who for the past 28 years has represented clients in all aspects of the office market, including acquiring, selling, managing and leasing properties.

Before forming Arizona Commercial Advisors (ACA), Patti was with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT from 2003 to 2009, where she was responsible for sales, leasing, tenant representation, acquisition and disposition of office and investment properties. During her tenure, she was named Top Broker in 2006, one of the top five brokers in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008, and a member of the Platinum Circle. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Gentry ran her own commercial brokerage company, Patricia B. Boyd and Associates, from 1998 to 2003, where she represented The Ryan Companies in the leasing of the 410,000-square-foot Phelps Dodge Tower. From 1991 to 1998 she was a Vice President at Bank of America, where she acquired, sold and managed over 400 commercial OREO properties throughout the United States, including golf courses, retail centers, casinos, regional malls, apartment buildings and raw land, totaling over $700M in value. Prior to joining Bank of America, she sold and leased office properties for CB Richard Ellis for five years, during which time she exclusively represented large office tenants with a total value of over $20,000,000, and was named one of the top five sale people in the office in 1988. Her sales career officially began at IBM, where she worked from 1977 to 1985 as a marketing representative. While there, she sold over $5,000,000 in products and received the IBM Golden Circle award, recognizing her among the top five percent of the company’s sales people worldwide.

Active in the community, Gentry has engaged in a variety of charitable causes and community leadership positions throughout Greater Phoenix, which is in part why she was recently invited to join Arizona Women’s Forum, one of six women in 2014 invited to be part of this highly selective group. Currently she is vice chair of the St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center Community Board, recently completed her term as the first woman elected chair of the Barrow Neurological Foundation Board, is active with the Arizona State University Sun Devil Club, and serves as president of the Burns Family Foundation, among others.
